I would avoid new build properties from southern impression homes.

I looked into a program that is called the rei accelerator and they said they will guarantee me a deal of a 60+ unit apartment building in the next 4 months and i will get to a closing table and generate $20,000 a month off my first deal with working with them.

This thought led me into studying about becoming financially free and building generational wealth.

My goals for joining is to meet people, build relationships and hopefully get my own thing going!

It's likely they may even use data of SFH with similar lot and building square footage.

Building built as multifamily tend to have more sound damping, particularily the newer the construction. 

The goal is to slowly build a real estate portfolio and get to a point that I can eventually sale my business. 

So, an 8 unit building with all 1 bed/1 bath could be 1/2 LT tenants and 1/2 MTR for travel nurses.

We purchased 133.7 acres January 20th of 2024, we then proceeded to subdivide 4 building lots, ( two 10 acre lots,  and two 2 acre lots)  which included costs associated with septic testing,  survey & subdivision, and property maintenence required to market the building lots.

If smaller living space was the answer we could just build a boatload of 1000 unit apartment buildings.
