You want to be very careful as well as neighborhood as U know when the values go down the risk goes way up.. and the risk is having your vacant home broken into and everything stolen.

They’ve had lazy and terrible contractors rehab with broken materials.

That was just 3 days of work and I ended up giving rental credit for broken planters that the roofers left in pieces.

They tenant called after that, told me everything in my property is broken and wrong.

A broken clock is right twice a day

New siding and windows and painting exterior and interior (trying to decide on replacing carpet or removing the carpet for a renter friendly idea), fencing replacing broken garage door and some landscaping. quite alot of hours and Im doing all the work myself which is adding up.

We went inside and found missing and broken appliances, missing 2 doors, damaged and broken 2 doors.
