It was a small cap cod style house and childhood home of my clients.

I grew up on a lake in KY during my childhood, lakes have a special place in my heart. 

As competent as I am on the construction side of things, I am fairly incompetent or inexperienced in the financing game.I have a couple of family members who may be interested in helping me invest in this property, but also my best friend from childhood is also interested.

They have had great careers and have sold my childhood home, bought a condo that they plan on moving into abroad and hope to by another home in the Philadelphia area so they can come back every now and then to be close to their kids and grandkids.

Nicks story reminds me a lot of David Goggin's a former seal who turned a rough child hood into a career of much distinguish.

As I grew up I met several men who rented out houses or apartments or commercial property, and just overall had a great interest in it from childhood until now.

Just partial to NEO.I spent much of my childhood visiting and working in Slavic Village.  

But the seller is a childhood friend and has had success, albeit limited, with the property, so I was putting a little more consideration into because of that.

Additionally, since 2018 my Bride and I have travelled extensively and usually on spend a few months of the year in Texas where all but a few of them are located.
