and i stand by that.STRs, MTRs, seller finance, new construction, deals bought off market by experienced investors - sure, those could all work. but those are much, much more difficult for a brand new investor to buy on deal 1. 

How many brand-new KIAs can our tenant go through while we go on with our old Toyota before we realize the tenant has no concept of what to do with more money other than going into more personal debt with it?

My criteria for posting also somewhat "flies in the face" of getting my brand out there and causes hesitancy.   

I haven't had any experience with it personally, but I have some contacts at Bee Safe, a brand based in Greensboro, NC and focused on climate-controlled storage facilities in retail locations.

Tineco and Bissell seem to be the top brands but they are pricey and you will have to instruct your cleaners how to use them.

1) The MH home itself is almost brand new, records and listing show it was manufactured and placed in 2018.

Website  is it brand new  or not.2. are the principals on the website or key staff with their contact info.3.

If you are brand new and never done a deal this is a total waste of time.
