Hello All, Can anyone offer me insight on the Harper Woods, Michigan market (a suburb just north of Detroit that borders Grosse Pointe Woods)? 

My initial conversation with the owner of the property revealed that there are utilities at the street bordering two sides.

If you are going to have any problem with lining it up or color differences definitely go with a border before you go the rest of the way up. get the exact tile name too because not all white is the same color..

I've spent a fair amount of time in SoCal, from LA County down to the border and I really LOVE that whole area!

GC / Westland on the border to Inkster are not good areas.

PS - I don't use an Illinois CPA because I use specialized cross-border accountants, but I've definitely seen some Chicago area CPAs recommended on BP.
