@James Wise Oh man, that is horrible, I can only imagine the smell.

They are generally run by grey haired busy bodies and control freaks who have no understanding of their own rules or the law that governs them. 

Most inspections just check to see if the outside of the valve body is leaking.

For me, it is a single family ranch style home with 2/3 beds and 1.5/2 baths that smells funny and needs the carpet ripped out.

It really is starting to smell like 05 when agents insisted home prices "only go up"And Russell stated a rent decline due to development, but what happens to "c"(cheaper rent) properties when "a" (new, top of market rents) vacancies increase? 

Believe me I smell money.

I plan to stop and smell the roses a bit more along the way with RE, I don't want to build myself into another 50+ hr/week job.  

I take all complaints very seriously and had my plumber clear all the drains from the main line (>$200), and they then complained about noises, smells, etc....
