Most of those developers and home builders are either bankrupt or out of business.

Social Security and Medicare could bankrupt this country in a few years if we kept spending at the rate set forth by the original bills.

I did read up on them and found out they indeed filed bankrupt, so did The Donald. :))

That being a ballooning deficit, a bankrupt Social Security, a plethora of entitlements, a crumbling infrastructure, etc....We have a chance this November to take a small step in getting rid of some of the moron's in DC.

Whether he will actually fail or not (as in 'go bankrupt' or lose the property to foreclosure) is another matter entirely.

My question is what happens, even after your due diligence, if one of these companies decides not to pay their payments or honor their lease.If the company is bankrupt, that's one issue where you probaly won't get anything, right?

This isn't 2008 banks aren't bankrupt, automakers aren't toast.
