Most work at McJobs they'll quit if they don't like the bosses attitude without even considering they can't pay the rent now. 

He probably just needs to be re-trained and you'll receive rent on time, without attitude. 

From what I read I feel the attitude towards wholesaling is that it's a sham,because people often try to make the best profit for themselves, but that's not what i'm trying to do.

I have found the attitude for each office for each county can vary widely.

This is the attitude of people who don't understand your vision.

I do this because I am acutely aware of how financially stupid I was with my money in the past, and how throughout my life, I've developed bad habits and negative attitudes towards the very things that matter greatly in terms of success as an investor and entrepreneur.
