Most people here are anti-seminars but I actually think that if that's what it took to get you moving, then great.

It's likely a small town or cold belt type state that overbuilt to begin with and the states are anti business and population moving away.

Then consider an anti-budget, a term that I believe Paula Pant of the Afford Anything blog and podcast coined.

As anti-intellectual as that sounds, it's easy to grab a set of data points to argue your point, while ignoring other contributing factors that may or may not fully justify the point you're trying to make.

:Thanks to New Jersey's Anti-Eviction Laws, Liberal judges, short-staffed eviction courts and tenant-friendly Courts, it took over six months to get rid of the occupants. 

But the anti-majoritarian bias of constitutional democracies has gained favor throughout the world and even non-constitutional democracies have adopted various quasi-constitutional laws with names such as "fundamental law", etc.I do not think there is a clear answer about which form of government is better.

Hopefully the people of Pakistan will appreciate this and not be so anti-America in the future.
