Hello Bigger Pockets Community, I have been reading books and forums, watching videos, saving money, and analyzing markets over the last 2-years.

I’m in the area and while I invested in other areas, I’ve yet to do this one but I have analyzed many condos here.

Hi,I’ve analyzed thousands of deals using the BP STR calculator through AirDNA.

Building a strong financial foundation involves aiming for a credit score of 700+, educating yourself, building relationships with agents, lenders, and property managers, and analyzing properties with positive cash flow.

We need to analyze better the deal but looking at it and because is in Mesquite I feel that a rent to own may work.I have a property on my own where I am looking to explore this as well.
