Out of area is very tough - tougher than advertised?

Personally we wouldn’t want the tenant trying to find a new person to fill the lease, as we think we have a better idea of who we want from screening applicants and we have a way to advertise for them.

Want to make sure I am doing my due diligence in choosing the right tenant for my property.I recommend you include some of your key qualification criteria in the advertisement.

There are many asset protection service companies (some invest heavily on advertising on BP) who  take advantage of inexperienced investors own lack of understanding and upsell them on services that aren't necessary. https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/12/topics/1185366-atten...

They advertise as Lender but are selling another mentor program/software package (which seems to be Prop Stream with their branding on top).

I finally found another duplex a few towns over that had been sitting for a while, it was badly advertised.

Your screening process must be objective and you need to provide your criteria within your advertisements. 

So I understand to scale a training business many times you have to outsource ( don't know if this company is doing that) But out source your lead gen funnel.. pretty tough for the actual owners to respond to all the hits they are going to get if they are out on the web with mass advertising.. 

This advertisement should be in the classifieds and not here.Most of us are investors therefore we own our own properties.Best of Luck.
