Hey everyone,I have been looking all morning on BBB and the NARI for construction companies that cover the Cheslea Ma area and I have been finding that many of the accredited companies do no cover this area?

The level of professionalism is about the same.Folks with money also know what an accredited investor is, most get an ear full from financial advisors, they already know more about SEC regulations than 90% of the operators on here searching for private money from completing investment applications, having certified financial statements and letters from CPAs. .You people don't do your homework.

If you don't have the down payment, you may want to check out some of the crowdfunding sites where they allow you to get in with smaller amounts of money, though I believe you need to be an accredited investor, maybe the different people on BP that represent those companies can chime in.

I don't know what the laws are governing lending in Colorado, maybe someone else that knows more can weigh in @Jon Holdman @Don Konipol You probably need to have someone that is a broker handle this for you, and you may need to be an accredited investor, etc.
