I was curious about CIX after seeing a youtube ad.As I typically do, I searched "CIX Bigger Pockets" to see what the BP forum had to say.His ad felt like a used car salesman (my alarm bells were going off).Another red flag from a lending source: lack of transparency in disclosing their fees.

There are more than enough blogs and videos here on BP or YouTube to learn from, for free.

I've read several books, listened to hundreds of podcast's and watched dozens of webinar and BP YouTube videos in preparation for my first investment.

ive watched some youtube videos of foreignors rehabbing old farm houses in Japan, just do a search for them.

We are lucky to just have these types of deals here.I actually created a YouTube video where I talked through the sourcing and numbers of each property you can find by searching my team on YouTube easy enough.

Don't believe a youtuber and don't believe a friend.  

Be well capitalized, get proper training (not youtube training) and follow the rules. 

I am hoping to make the property so unique it attracts YouTube influencers, etc and make the cabin an attraction in itself along with a good Mountain View close to town.  

The YouTube video they sent me seems pretty straight forward so I am certain they are planning on installing the under sink water filter themselves.
