We’re fortunate in this area as it’s a tourist hot spot high in international tourism.  

It also looks like there is a very solid job market in the area between a few manufacturing companies, the hospital, and the tourism professions. 

It also has a solid farming community, actually farming brings in more revenue than tourism.

Those states that rely on tourism are hit hard.

Lots of other industries now or in the future ( oil and tourism bad now, but nuclear storage, solar/ wind energy, potash, and agriculture are still up and running).
