This is not really a free speech site.

Global wealth is a real phenomenon and whatever one thinks of trump, his tax cuts and his recent Davos speech are telling, as wealth and globalization are going to continue dominating the money pouring into influential gateway cities.

This likely won't help but I spoke for 45 minutes on the phone with a syndicator two days ago who has a speech impediment. 

Submitted a plan they drew up to city for permit, hired a slab pour, framed themselves, bought trusses and rented something to put the trusses on top, hired roofers and sided themselves.

Old kitchen will become a bedroom.The roof is on the verge of full replacement, no access to the attic to inspect trusses.  

@Russell Brazil  go to the TESLA.COM site there are pictures they actually look very good.. and will last forever because they are glass they don't dent or wear out.. and they are super light weight so might be some savings in the framing and truss designs.

Freedom of speech and press...crazy isn't it?
