Zoning change just happened to me by the city (Midwest) and a few surrounding homes from residential.  

This property is surrounded by townhomes, apartments, and businesses.

This is also a location where you never feel rich because you are surrounded by affluence.

While that one cash-flows better, it doesn't have any sort of yard and the privacy is limited since it's surrounded by multi-family properties.

Thats for the metro area, so Tosa, West Allis etc included, and a a hand full in the surrounding counties.
