Is it just like reporting stocks or is it a headache for your accountant to track these investments?

If I am looking for 100k to trade stock and options, where do I find a lender ? 

Rentometer is ok in some areas I guess where the housing stock is pretty generic, my area has way too many variables for it to be accurate enough to rely on.

That’s not to say necessarily say you shouldn’t buy real estate, just that it’s asset just like a stock or bond and should be thought of that sane way not as ticket to early retirement.

Never, ever believe people when they tell you how much they made on a real estate deal (or trading stocks and crypto).

The boat & RV is usually the first to go.But we are certainly in interesting times right now as RV's & Campers seem to be in hot demand with some places having a hard time keeping them in stock and on the lot if it's a good deal.  

Stock market all time highs have something to do with it as well...sell what you think is a frothy market (who knows if that's the case or not?)
