It's comfortable, and it also has storage.

I have about $70,000 to invest in a self storage facility.

See if they are treated as a tenant lease, storage or warehousing.

You may want to do the same with the handyman where most of your calls go to your main handyman, but once in awhile use another one to establish a relationship.I have also heard of people using storage units near their properties to store spare TVs, routers, fridges, AC window units, washers, dryers, etc. 

Personally, I have lost a deal to someone who did the extras like groceries, payrolls, rent a storage container.
