If you place anyone in a regular retail rental with inept investing or management styles you will encounter those problems no matter who you rent to. 

Also, the enormous marketing campaign is sketching me out: the style of the landing pages, the hundreds of emails and links to new offers, the constant emphasis on value, and the cheesy/fake positivity... starting to feel very MLM kinda scammy. 

Being humble and reaching out for help to better yourself never goes out of style though.

It's more of a matter of preference in regards to time commitment, style of communication and access to tools.

I love his teaching style and I may have bitten if it weren't for the 20K plus 50% of the profits.

So, technically I do not believe we are saturated “overall” in the Smokys but we have gone back to 2019 numbers, where a basic old style cabin 2 bedroom with a slight view does 40-60k per year gross.  

Any recommendations of style/vendor?
