While I am new to investing I am not new to photography and would love to work out a deal with someone who has experience in locating, evaluating, purchasing, and managing multifamily properties.

I am also building a small side business providing aerial photography mostly for real estate sales, and roofing inspections.Been looking to invest for 1-2 years, but mostly educating myself up to this point.

I've done a range of things professionally, though my current work is in real estate photography, specializing in virtual tour creation and aerial imagery.

However, if you see low inventory count, don't automatically assume there's no profit potential -- it could be an opportunity for you because there's low competition.Don't skimp on furnishings, photography or taking the time to get your processes in place -- you'll only hurt your profits in the long-term.

Here's and example of good and bad photography one is my cell phone which I posted in Craigslist the next is a pro and that's is the picture that rented the apartment.

On a typical property in my market which is between the $400k to $500k range I typically will have professional photography, a color 4 page flyer on heavy stock cardboard like paper, a minimum of one open house, and as many as three depending on the time of year.  

My full time job is photographing weddings (www.mark-davidson.com).I'm looking to expand my network in the surrounding Boston area and at same build portfolio of images for my new website (BostonRealEstatePhotographer.com)I'd like to offer up photography service for free / trade.

Now I like to think I put more thought into design, staging and photography than most, so I hope that my places stand out.
