Robert,That taxation relief is not a Canada-wide phenomenon... maybe not even an Ontario-wide practice. 

@Jett Rao  I have thought about that, I am originally from Ontario and have lots of family out that way.  

Would like to meet any local wholesalers around my area specifically Inland Empire, (Chino, Chino Hills, Rancho, Ontario, Fontana),  I would like to learn or be a mentor.

I am in Southern Ontario.

The bank I used is a regional bank in Quebec but they also have a presence in Ontario.

If someone is familiar with the real estate in Northern Ontario, or just interested in providing some advice I would be grateful!

I see them now.I was going to suggest fewer subforums for Canada:- Atlantic Canada - Québec- Ontario- Prairies & the North- British Columbia This is often how the country is carved-up into regions.I doubt we have Canadian BP participants in the Maritimes (Atlantic Provinces when you include Newfoundland) to sustain three/four separate provincial forums.

Northern Ontario is a pretty big place ... are you west (Kenora, Dryden, Thunder Bay), middle (Sudbury, Timmins), or east (North Bay, Chalk River, Pembroke)?

Since we now have Provincial sub-forums on BP, I am going to suggest we collapse them as follows:- Atlantic Canada - Québec- Ontario- Prairies & the North- British Columbia My argument for the collapse is there are not enough active BP members in the Maritime/Atlantic Provinces, Prairies and, certainly not, the Territories to warrant individual provincial/territorial forums.
