Like I mentioned , my agent has been awesome and did earn my respect and loyalty.

Kel -First, I very much respect your opinion on this matter, though I think by taking such a black-and-white stance, you're missing some very important nuances.In my opinion, it's a stretch to assume that the way someone negotiates is indicative of their level of integrity, loyalty and honesty in non-negotiation situations.

Some investors walk through and go with no inspections, the price is right and they have a good idea of what to look for.I can only speak for myself and say that my loyalty stays with my principal and I am working in their best interest.

I decided then that I would never become a slave to corporate America as I would never allow a company to simply fire me after giving them 20+ years of loyalty and hard work.

That will demonstrate your loyalty.

@Darren Sager....Every large brokerage has their adherents to that company or loyalty to the owner/founder/personality like Jim Weichert, Wes Foster.....but for whatever reason KW can be almost cult like.

But their loyalty instinct can make them suddenly aggressive toward strangers. 

The tenants being there and paying on time is the LOYALTY factor as we call it.

The only reason I changed was because my mortgage lender changed banks and my loyalties lie with her and not the bank itself.
