If they do, you may have a chance under the scenario you're proposing - if they share your concern for it's condition (although that seems unlikely since they've been living with it the way it is for some time, it seems).If you own it, it's pretty lowbrow to expect a neighbor to invest in your property. 

U live a lifestyle not a job huge difference..

Live off of equity as you sell or live off cashflow.

In a lot of places, evictions are quick enough it shouldn't be an issue but I do tend to live by the motto "never underestimate how much damage a pissed off tenant can cause in just a few hours."

I need a consistent partner who wholesales virtually in the Central Indiana market....Every deal ive ever closed was with someone that didnt live in my market......I am boots on the ground on steroids lol

A little about me for context: I live in a very expensive market in Rye,NY. 

We’re fortunate to have an above-average income and live well below our means.This summer, we’ll be moving to Detroit (PCSing in August), and we’ve saved about $120,000 to invest in addition to having funds set aside for the home we’ll purchase in Detroit.The reason I’m posting is that I’m struggling to decide how to best allocate the $120k.

I lived there for a couple years and I met this guy who has bought and managed a ton of property there. 

I have multiple listings across different parts of Florida and I don't even live in FL.

I also pay my mortgage for the house I live in.
