Remember the stagflation of the Jimmy Carter era and the resulting 15% interest rates that it took to stomp it out?

I'm not sure how far across WI they span, but Linda Busse out of Oshkosh is a fantastic lender you should reach out to.

We used Linda Lee Rodriguez when we bought our first house here.

Admittedly, I don't know much about them, but considering the kind of steep fees they charge, I'm pretty skeptical they can provide any better advice than some of the seasoned CPA's here on BP such as  @Linda Weygant, @Michael Plaks or @natalie kolodij (I know I'm leaving out a lot of other very talented BP CPA's).
