Unfortunately, it is usually irreversible, because that high level of trim work and materials is so expensive. 

That profit margin is so small and could easily be wiped out with holding costs.

And they broke all the blinds and want their security deposit back since it is so clean and landlord don't need to clean it! 

Every state is so very much different with every county with slight differences.

Unless there is so many nail holes that it effects the aesthetics of the wall, it is normal wear and tear. 

Don't get me wrong, I would like to do things in my area and not have to drive 1 to 2 hours however I don't mind if it gives me peace of mind now that everything is so new.
