Especially as maintenance bombs increase in there detonations, the opportunities to acquire from failed operators is at the door step.  

They do not just stop paying because there is a door knob loss, or a smoke detector missing a battery. 

But that’s going to be toilets, faucets, leaks, garage doors, etc etc. 

Not going to be anything crazy but will get you in the door.
