Self storage, country subdivision lots (not houses), next May flex contractor buildings and Teak Belize plantations 225 acres.  1.  

For example we are in valuation downturn for office, self storage and some multi-family.

@Kay Kay one of my houses has the hot water heater in an attached outside storage closet (only access is an exterior door by the back deck).

Lots of contractors only need a garage or a storage space with wide driveway that has security ~ is that what you are thinking?
