His Capacity has grown becasue of his Character .. and now that he has a very well run functioning company he has the Credit available to him to be sustainable long term.And its a team effort @Dominique Osborn  Dominique is super sharp so you have two people with vested interest in your success and future success.I do no current business with this company..

I would recommend reaching out to them to see if you could get access to a demo or ask someone how it functionally works.

While you are not required to have a property manager for your long-term rental (short term is a different story), you can only handle administrative functions such as making phone calls, paying bills, selecting a contractor, etc. and must be completely hands off.

Quicken may have extended functionality but I didn't need it.

Certain tax softwares such as turbotax and the like have the functionality to electronically file.

Avail and Baselane are other softwares that I have used with similar functionality. 

The poor participation may be a function of the low price.If they offered a class in a subject that interested me, such as alternate financing asi missed it when offered, I would sign up.good luck

Once you have a short list, get an account with each one and run them through the wringer to see how they really function.
