I have a BP member client who has purchased two oceanfront units there so far and another client of mine is scheduled to close on her first one later this month.

However, just remember you do need to pay for all this.

This way, you build income-generating assets first while keeping future options open.

It's hard to find a cash flowing rental in this area, but paying all cash certainly helps!

This occurs with mortgage financing, margin trading in stocks and other forms of leverage. 

Most HOAs in this area don't allow short term rentals, only long term tenants. 3) Make sure you have a great team to guide the transaction so nothing gets missed!
