As others have mentioned, I recommend starting to attend some local meetups here and there just to start brushing shoulders with other brokers, investors, wholesalers, etc. to really get your feet wet without putting money on the line.

I would fact check this, but I believe that if you are attending school full time and living on campus, this house could still be considered your primary residence.
