Now another rental condo of the same model the tenant is complaining about loud noise from a chinese family living above my condo.

Since I knew the backstory and saw the news about the police raiding the house used for birthing babies by pregnant Chinese Women, I don't like their (FCI's) products.

I know it is difficult to assess as a new agent but office culture is very important.

So an American who is used to cheap Chinese imported goods with a strong dollar will find that their trip to Walmart becomes much more expensive.

I look for multiple suppliers of employment, industries, government, the average median income, cost of living to rent per unit, demographics and the momentum in demographics in that market given the culture, jobs, and lifestyle etc.

The training and culture at most national houses is geared nearly 100% towards retail sales.

That way it will be easier to be hard-nosed and evict someone if you have to.There are tons of international students at U of H, and there are also tons of international (mostly Chinese) researchers who work at the Texas Medical Center.

It also means that the mortgage is still intact and the property is unlikely to have much equity.Remember, banks got TARP money, made profits up the yen-yang (ironically with lots of Chinese money) and these properties are just a pain to remediate on a large scale basis.
