I see your point there, but i would rather just keep the conflict between myself and the tenant and not start a whole new conflict with an innocent party.There is no reason to be dishonest.

If he's doing shady stuff like that, he's probably doing other dishonest things as well.

I don't think it is dishonest of you to do what you have to do to follow your dreams. 

This is solely our opinion but we feel they’re one of the most dishonest groups in Memphis.

The same goes for dishonest agents that do the wrong thing.

They quickly became money pits, high vacancy rate, lots of evictions, tenants trashed the units each time, dishonest PM's one after another, so the units never cash flowed and I tried for 3 years to unload them, but I was getting offers from local investors for less than what I paid for, not including all the repairs and upgrades. 

We're out of state owners and they made it an absolute JOKE for us (and many others on BP) They were very dishonest, extremely disorganized and beyond unprofessional..

In 2008 the risk was hidden in CDOs (banks were dishonest about the riskiness of the loans) and the whole thing collapsed.

Failure typically comes from either a lack of $ reserves, a poor performing/dishonest team or a lack of ability to communicate with and manage a team.
