We found a property that's interesting, but I don't know what our financing options would be, or what the best way to attack a place like this is within the confines of what we can do.  

She is an employee at the end of the day and should not be attacked or critized regarding the way Biggerpockets runs its business. 

But once you figure that out then you can then figure out how to attack your problem and other than social media how are you going to do this.One way I have seen it done with the fund set up is one person like you figures out who your fellow investors in the fund are.
