I joined the Bigger Pockets forum after listening to the podcast and was especially inspired by the episode featuring Ashley Hamilton from Detroit, Michigan (Hi, Ashley!!) 

Ashley, please don't get discouraged.

One reason I see this is because I have actually looked at others and as stated by Ashley that if it is something that does not catch your eye or interest you then you are not going to respond.I have been in this business for over 6yrs and I have never used anything, but postcards.

to add to this discussion, my agent's wife owns an interior design firm, and i have considered making signs that would give her advertising, but also enhance the property...a sign such as "Renovation just completed by Ashley J Designs" or something like that...something to stand out from the pack

Ashley,It's wonderful you're so young; time is the crucial element.First and most importantly, a thank you for serving the nation.Secondly, most "credit repair" operations work on mostly the same model; (1) pay company xyz instead of your creditors, (2) we, company xyz, will let time elapse then, (3) your creditors will be so desperate the debt can be disposed for a fraction.
