For you it depends on your original deal analysis which you are aware.  

I know the actual cost can vary by location, property type, and provider, but I'm wondering if anyone has a solid set of rule of thumb they use when crunching numbers for a quick analysis?

Any thoughts and analysis would be appreciated as this can be a great learning opportunity.  

I will have to recheck that statement now that we will increase our rents another $10.Have done a deal analysis on land near an "A" location. 

Market Analysis: Continuously monitor new and emerging markets.

Or do you use it to make high-level analysis of property values? 

In summary, I am curious if this looks like a project others would take on, and I'd appreciate feedback on how I might refine my deal analysis or estimates.

For example In my situation we like to say i’m the sword and shes the shield, as in I go out and look for investments and develop the skills I need for it and shes the budget and risk analysis.

This may seem obvious, but ANALYSIS PARALYSIS.This is the #1 issue I see in new investors.

Sorry I don’t have an answer for the percentage while doing the analysis.
