If it was unpaid time off, send in the last full 40 hour work weeks paystub, and the one immediately before that that.I often ask hourly employees for two months of paystubs just so I can cherry pick out one month of 40 hour work weeks instead of having to go back and ask for more paperwork or a LOE or blablabla.

I have a pre-approval for a Lo-Doc, non-owner occupied loan up to $500,000, 25% down, 6.25 interest, 30 years -- and my loan stipulates whatever property(s) I choose, the 30 day market rents have to cover the total payment (including any HOA).
