I closed  two of these on Friday same clients.. they had to leave 3200 of their money in on one and 3500 in on another.. and cash flow is north of 250.00 a month and I have helped them amass almost 150 doors in the last 24 months..

We're in North Georgia in a location that has an interesting S&D ratio... low demand and nonexistent supply. 

My name is Brandon Schaar and I am based in Deerfield Beach which is 15 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale.

I see most investors here buying in the south and north side. 

I am not sure what the Denver market is like but there are not too many HOA neighborhoods in this area unless you go east in areas like Brandon, Ruskin, Valrico (which are good areas to flip in) or North of Tampa in areas like Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel & New Tampa.
