@Lavonda Gordon you seem to have a plan as well and honestly ladies one big mistake is that people get started and have no plan.

I know I'm going to make a lot of learning mistakes the first time but I also don't want to add on any unnecessary headaches.

You make your money buy, so good deals are often the most affordable (worst) house in a decent (best) neighborhood. 

The worst they can say is "No."
