Regular properties are probably in a better position because people always need a place to stay, and if I'm not mistaken back during COVID if you had a tenant who couldn't work you could call your bank and pause the mortgage.

The truth is, those numbers and terms are just not going to work.

This is to protect sellers but also to encourage buyers and agents to have necessary conversations about how everything works, before jumping straight to house hunting.At the end of the day, I believe the industry will adapt quickly, and these changes can be a positive thing for all sides.

I would contact other facil and see if they are looking for more spaces. 2) Co-Living / Rent by room strategy - I would try to turn that half bath into a 3/4 or full and then it could work very well.
