Hello everyone I have been listening to the podcast and books for almost 6 months, and everything sounds wonderful.

Cops came and explained that it was private property, but i just had to wonder what he thought was going to happen with the cops. 

I have found that many of my investors have been having issues with fraudulent private money lenders down here in Florida.With that being said, I was wondering what types of precautions can be taken when dealing with a private money lender.
