A lot of people really hate on the turn-key model, but it can be a great way to get your feet wet in the real estate investing space and if that's what fits your needs right now, then go for it! 

Hello everyone, this is a newbie question from a new investor trying to get his feet wet in this method.

Here having a dry hill to sell during really wet times is about the only way to know you'll get somewhat of a premium.

Do you have many short term rentals, do you have an established network of mid term rentals, or do you have many single family homes, etc.The answer to that question will help you decide how to get your feet wet with this first deal, and focus on what you should be researching/learning.
