What are your long-term goals?

I'd say all the stats are similar from Cincy, Columbus, and Cleveland EXCEPT we are a lower cost of entry by $36k(cincy)-63K(columbus)!

As far as short sales go it generally doesn't matter what caused a financial hardship as long as one exists and can be demonstrated. 

Long term hold with plans to force value by adding egress window/exits in basement to increase property from 2 bed / 1.5 bath to a 3 bed / 1.5 bath on each side and increase overall value.

If you only knew… How long it took me to achieve this (10 years+) and how much work it was… Quite frankly, you wouldn’t be impressed.

I did most of the work other than appliances ect it’s very small 400 square feet total so it’s like a little studio with big glass sliding doors to a patio.Turns out someone called zoning and long story short I was told I can’t do an ADU.

We are in a situation where tenant asked to send the lease in docusign and signed the lease and completed.

We are about 2 hours from Columbus, Ohio. 

Also, if the sponsor is new, I am fine with less skin in the game as long as it is significant to their net worth.
