They will be a vital resource to you as you start to look for listings. 

All need to be evaluated at least 3 layers deep each. 

However, there is no secondary layer and any damaged tile does result in a leak, as does debris that blocks valleys.

Getting a solid paycheck while learning a vitally important part of real estate investing for your own future is a great combination.

So far, I have found that the BiggerPockets website is full of valuable information and will prove to be a vital resource in the pursuit of my investing goals.   

:-(One vital notion is whether or not the House or Senate will keep/flip.

Well, it took a fix and flip that wasn't selling at the price we want (and had gotten broken into once) for us to look into STR to get us through the slow winter months and add a layer of protection to a vacant home.

I would layer in another list or two in the same area as your driving for dollars list.

(and please don't just comment on wear layer thickness because that is not the key in the scratch test.
