Thank you @David Hunter, and @Gary Parker the mentor I will be given is the office administrator and also top producer she told me she would be teaching me things from town history,handling off market deals, marketing to luxury buyers and sellers(international as well), also how to handle floor time seeing everyone in the brokerage is over 50 and no longer have the enthusiasm to continue doing floor time so Ill have it 100% of the time, and many more things.

I agree Detroit is Very hit and miss BUT if you know the right areas to invest in your sure to pick some gems , Im a native and grew up here inside the city on both east and west side ill tell you a few good zips and areas 48221, 48223 ( some of this areas stay away from Brightmoor ) , 48224 , 48235 , Palmer Woods Areas , Rosedale park area , Boston Edison , Midtown , Brush Park etc Hope this helps

If this keeps up, one day an ill timed recession might wipe me out. 

As folks know, there have been numerous vaping related deaths and hospitalizations in the US from a mysterious vaping illness.

Ill call them and hopefully they'll pick up during this pandemic. 

Boomers generations are incredibly ill equipped in dealing with their retirement needs.

Also, I dont know if ill be able to finance the land with the home or if ill need two different loans.
