I am personally working with Hoosier Custom Construction - Bryant Burdine, he has been wonderful fighting some permit issues for me. 

Location is not an issue as most of them remotely assist RE clients with their tax planning and accounting. 

Domestic issues has her asking about how to force him to move out.

If the cash is more of an issue than the appearance you can always tackle the project down the road while on a vacation. 

I don't have any experience with that, but with VA being strict in so many things, I could see there being an issue.  

Technically, your leverage may be reduced because of seasoning, but you can still get it done.

Or maybe not re-activate your license so that you can avoid that issue? 

Technically I’m losing $120 a month - which isn’t a lot, but I was cash flowing $900 from it before the increase.
