Hi All- does anyone have any advice for the best process/software for market analysis of Multi Family Real estate development.

I plan on using a property management software regardless.

Assessor’s are becoming more savvy and have access to loan data software, Costar, and they have staff on hand to look for this type of entity transfer.

What are some helpful softwares for managing properties from all aspects?

Can anyone recommend a great program to manage investment property, agent transactions, and related expenses?

If you can't go to the neighborhood personally (best), take a look at a street-view on your mapping software.
