Usually, you'll have to send a certified notice to the tenant before you can file.

Some run the numbers monthly, others just once a year when it's time to file taxes.I've built quite a few custom Excel spreadsheets but I find it somewhat challenging to translate the numbers into compelling visuals.

Even people who can still afford to vacation will find a less expensive/more accessible place to go.Or, as @Lucas Carl mentioned, large properties designed for groups will probably take a big hit, as it'll be harder for all parties to spend the money to vacation together.I feel pretty secure with mine.  

Pennsylvania has a big logistics industry, Ohio can offer strong cap rates. it honestly depends on the investor, what they like, the industries they believe will support the security of their purchase, the distance you are willing to travel, the amount of passivity you want in the investment you make etc.

I was just trying to think outside the box as someone who wants to retire in 15-17 years and would love to have the security of a fixed rate loan that would presumably be paid off when I retire.

I think I need to file something to at least get the process going.

Would my available cash, good credit and collateral be enough to secure a bank line of credit?

I am fortunate in life, inherited some funds, an watching them barely outpace inflation, all tied up in securities.
