We then blocked those dates on the calendar to ensure no one else could book those dates for those first 2 weeks.

@Alex Forest The eviction moratorium has definitely been extended in Virginia to June 28th and that date is not recommended but applies to everyone in Virginia.

You may avoid the taxes if you deposit the funds in an eligible retirement plan (which includes anIRA) within "3 years and a day" of the date of the COVID-19 distribution (note: compare to a 60-day rollover).

Either or you will have everything completed except for the information you do not know such as: purchase price (unless thats been negotiated already), closing date, seller address, and signatures.

You need to let your public know you are active, up to date, in the now, and the best at what you do.

On top of all that increase in income, our expenses/standard of living only increased by $200/month over 4 years, mostly just on date nights (which I think investing in your marriage the best possible investment, don't try to convince me otherwise.) and we have zero debt outside of our mortgage.

Looks like they filed on April 16th and tried claiming weeks before their actual termination date of April 27th so that would be why there are weeks that were not paid.
