Have consultants to assist but just looking for a financing solution through the build portion that upon completion the loan would be rolled into a traditional 30 yr mortgage or VA loan.

I was able to get $20k in down payment/closing cost assistance through a program called Neighborhood WORKS, they held a 2 day event back in May 2019 that awarded $20K to 300 families on a first come first serve basis.

Assisting homeless veterans is fantastic, and I am trying to do the same thing by volunteering and helping service members with PTSD.

https://www.gainesville.com/st...As I've said from the very beginning, the people most likely to quit paying and then apply for assistance are the people most likely to have sketchy rental history in the first place.

Most courthouses have portals for public use to assist in locating the filings.

If they don't buy, they will lose this down payment assistance.
