If you are going to resell or rent the home, it is a good safeguard to have a clean bill of health letter from a 3rd party for CYA.

My mom has been struggling to pay the mortgage on that house and has found herself in a financial mess and also is in dire need of retiring since she is 74 yrs old and not doing well health wise.
